Please read carefully before making a reservation. By booking with YourBestDealGuru (“YBDG,” “we,” “us,” “our”) you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and YBDG regarding your trip.


1) Formation of Contract

1.1. You must be 18 years of age or older to book.
1.2. If you reserve for other travelers, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf.
1.3. A binding contract arises only when we issue written confirmation that your place has been reserved after receipt of the required deposit.
1.4. No verbal statements or prior materials modify these Terms unless expressly confirmed in writing by YBDG.


2) Reservations, Deposits & Final Payment

2.1. To secure a place, a non‑refundable deposit is due at booking.
2.2. We accept payment by Zelle.
2.3. Your reservation is not guaranteed until we receive cleared funds and send written confirmation.


3) Cancellation by Traveler

3.1. You may cancel at any time by sending written notice to digimarketpartners@gmail.com. Cancellation is effective upon YBDG’s receipt.
3.2. Please note that some bookings may not be refundable.  Please contact your travel advisor at the time of booking to find out if your booking is refundable and what cancellation charges apply.

3.3. No refunds are issued for unused portions of a trip, including if you fail to join, arrive after departure, or leave early for any reason.

3.4. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation and interruption (see §16).


4) Cancellation by YBDG

4.1. If we must cancel, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. You may choose either:
a) a credit of all amounts paid toward a future YBDG departure, or
b) a full refund of amounts paid to YBDG.
4.2. Where cancellation results from events outside our reasonable control (see Force Majeure, §15), any refund may be net of unrecoverable third‑party costs.
4.3. YBDG is not responsible for incidental or consequential expenses you incur (e.g., visas, vaccinations, insurance excess, or non‑refundable airfare). We recommend that you book flexible transportation and maintain adequate insurance (§16).


5) Traveler‑Initiated Changes

5.1. You may request a date change, trip transfer, or name transfer 70+ days before departure; after that, requests are treated as cancellations under §3.
5.2. Amendments to arrangements (e.g., add‑ons) incur a USD $75 administration fee per booking per change, plus any supplier charges.
5.3. No amendments are permitted within last 10 days. All changes are subject to availability.


6) Itinerary Flexibility & Changes by YBDG

6.1. We endeavor to operate as published, but we may make changes to enhance safety, address operational realities, or improve traveler experience.
6.2. We may reorder activities, replace guides, change accommodations or transportation, or revise routing.
6.3. We will inform you of material changes as soon as reasonably practicable.


7) Traveler Information & Documentation

7.1. To confirm services (e.g., internal flights, permits, lodging), you must timely provide accurate personal details (e.g., full legal name, date of birth, nationality, passport details, and disclosed medical conditions that could affect participation).
7.2. You are responsible for accuracy and updates. Corrections may incur additional supplier fees and an administrative charge.
7.3. Failure to supply required information by the final payment date may result in additional costs or non‑refundable cancellation.
7.4. We may request a pre‑trip questionnaire to tailor your experience.


8) What’s Included (as stated in your itinerary)

  • Lodging as specified
  • Meals as specified
  • In‑itinerary internal (domestic) transportation (including any internal flights) unless included in your travel package. Please confirm with your travel advisor.
  • Airport transfers if stated
  • Activities, admissions, and guided tours listed in the day‑by‑day plan
  • A local host and, where specified, specialized local guides if listed as included in your package.

(Exact inclusions appear on your specific trip confirmation email.)


9) What’s Not Included

  • International airfare to/from the trip gateway.
  • Domestic transportation (taxi, ferry or other) not specifically listed as included in your package.
  • Meals, snacks, beverages or convenience items not listed as included
  • Alcohol outside of any explicitly included tastings/events
  • Optional or “free‑time” activities not expressly included
  • Travel insurance (§16) and personal expenses
  • Assistance with baggage handling and help for the elderly/disabled (unless requested in advance and made available by hotel/airline.
  • Wifi/internet service and any other amenities that are not listed as being included 
  • Please confirm exclusions with your travel advisor.

10) Authority on Tour

10.1. Trips may be hosted by a local host or trip leader. Their decisions are final on matters affecting safety, well‑being, or group dynamics.
10.2. If you disregard instructions or adversely affect the group, you may be directed to leave the trip without refund.
10.3. You must comply with local laws and customs at all times.


11) Images, Video & Marketing Consent

11.1. By participating, you grant YBDG a worldwide, perpetual, royalty‑free license to use photographs, video, and audio recordings featuring you for promotional purposes in any media, without additional compensation.
11.2. If you prefer not to be featured, notify us in writing before departure at digimarketpartners@gmail.com so we can make reasonable efforts to accommodate.


12) Pricing, Discounts & Promotions

12.1. From time to time, YBDG may offer promotional pricing or discounts applicable to new bookings only.
12.2. Travelers who have paid a deposit are locked into their price and are not entitled to later promotional pricing.
12.3. Different travelers on the same departure may pay different prices.


13) Pilot / Insider Departures

13.1. YBDG may offer inaugural “Insider” trips at preferential pricing in exchange for structured feedback and public reviews.
13.2. By joining such a departure, you agree to provide feedback in the format requested by YBDG.


14) Optional Activities & Third‑Party Services

14.1. Optional items not expressly included in your itinerary (activities, transportation, meals, services, products, events) do not form part of this contract.
14.2. Assistance from YBDG staff in arranging optional services does not constitute an endorsement or create liability. Your contract is directly with the provider.
14.3. We do not guarantee availability, operation, or quality of any optional activity and are not liable if an optional service cannot be booked or differs from marketing materials.


15) Force Majeure

15.1. YBDG is not liable and will not pay compensation for any failure to perform, delay, or change caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental actions, public health emergencies, labor disputes, natural disasters, adverse weather, mechanical or infrastructure failures, or similar events.
15.2. Where services are canceled or altered due to Force Majeure, any refunds may be net of unrecoverable costs and supplier terms.


16) Travel Insurance (Mandatory)

16.1. Travel insurance is required for participation and should be obtained at the time of booking.
16.2. Your policy must provide adequate coverage for accident, medical expenses, emergency evacuation/repatriation, and death. We strongly recommend coverage for trip cancellation/interruption, personal liability, baggage loss/delay, and coverage for all included and optional activities.
16.3. You are solely responsible for understanding your policy terms and exclusions.
16.4. Provide your policy number and 24/7 emergency contact to YBDG prior to departure. You may not join the trip without these details.


17) Passports, Visas & Vaccinations

17.1. You are responsible for holding a valid passport (generally with at least six months’ validity beyond your return date), obtaining required visas, and complying with health/vaccination requirements.
17.2. Check with relevant embassies/consulates for current entry rules.
17.3. YBDG is not responsible if you are denied entry due to missing or improper documentation. Resulting costs or losses are your responsibility.


18) Health, Fitness & Medical Care

18.1. You represent that you are fit for travel and have no medical or mental condition that would create a hazard for yourself or others.
18.2. Disclose any condition or dietary restriction requiring special attention at the time of booking.
18.3. YBDG is not a medical provider and assumes no responsibility for any medical care rendered. You agree to be responsible for all medical costs and related transportation.


19) Travel Advisories & Local Conditions

19.1. We monitor destinations, but you are responsible for reviewing official travel advisories and understanding local conditions.
19.2. Your decision to travel is voluntary, and you accept the associated risks (§21).


20) Complaints & Claims

20.1. If an issue arises during the trip, promptly notify your host so we can attempt resolution.
20.2. If unresolved, submit a written claim within 30 days after the trip ends to [Email] including booking details and supporting information.


21) Assumption of Risk & Safety

21.1. Travel—especially to remote or developing regions and/or involving adventure activities—involves inherent risks beyond those encountered in daily life.
21.2. You knowingly assume all such risks, including those arising from political, cultural, geographic, and environmental factors, transportation, and activities described or offered.
21.3. You agree to use provided safety equipment (e.g., seatbelts, helmets, harnesses, flotation devices) and follow all instructions and warnings. YBDG and its suppliers are not liable for loss or injury arising from your failure to follow safety guidance.


22) Limitation of Liability

22.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YBDG’s responsibility is to exercise reasonable skill and care in arranging and coordinating the services forming your trip.
22.2. YBDG is not liable for: (i) acts/omissions of travelers; (ii) acts/omissions of unaffiliated third parties; (iii) events beyond our reasonable control (§15); (iv) indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages; or (v) loss of profits or opportunity.
22.3. Except for claims involving death, bodily injury, or illness caused by YBDG’s proven negligence or willful misconduct, YBDG’s aggregate liability shall not exceed three (3) times the amount you paid to YBDG for the trip.
22.4. Where your arrangements involve carriage by air, sea, or rail, compensation (if any) is limited by applicable international conventions and regulations, including without limitation the Montreal Convention (air), the Athens Convention (sea), and other governing treaties and implementing laws, which may significantly limit the carrier’s and our liability. YBDG is entitled to the benefit of all such limitations.
22.5. As a condition of any payment by YBDG, you agree to assign to YBDG your rights against any third party responsible for the loss to the extent of such payment.


23) Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.


24) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. You agree that any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fort Bend County, Texas, and you hereby consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
